Business Modelling Programme involves gaining a holistic understanding of an organisation’s structure and processes, to drill-down and fully explore those processes that require documenting (for compliance purposes) and/or those processes that would benefit from being fully analysed, simulated and improved.

Recent achievements

Provided the initial training and ongoing consultancy to United Biscuits’ SAP project team, aligning structure, processes, systems and manufacturing equipment with their SAP implementation. UB are now largely self-sufficient in this area.
