We do not operate to the traditional consultancy model, so expect working with us to be different. We look for experienced people with similar attributes to the Partners and who share our vision and ethos.

Our cost model means that we do not bring in Associates as employees; we agree a contract with you for your part in an engagement. As an Associate you will be highly experienced in your chosen field, with 20 years experience. You would work closely with Partners and be involved on a regular basis, on a varied range of assignments.

Your voice

There are no sacred cows in our business, so with that in mind we expect everyone to have a voice. If you think we could do something differently, which in turn would lead to a more positive outcome for a client and us then we expect you to say so.
