How do you ensure consistent quality?
We adopt a strict Control Governance to all our deliverables and identified outcomes. Having met with you, and identified the areas we can help – we will agree with you the detailed outcomes from our work. These will be included in a timetable which we will transparently manage with you.
At regular stages throughout this timetable, there will be ‘Control Gates’, where progress to date, identified interim deliverables, and the plan to achieve the next Control Gate, will be subject to review. We will ask you the client to review this checkpoint from three perspectives; 1) Quality, 2) Adherence to Corporate Strategy and 3) Adherence to the achievement of the agreed Outcomes.
We are happy at any time throughout our engagement with you, over and above the Control Gates described above, for you, as the client, to bring in independent auditors from an outside organisation to review our progress, interim deliverables, and proposed outcomes.

We seek face-to-face discussions at senior level, to establish rapport and feasibility based on this, we provide an outline proposal free of charge. We work with you to define the objectives of the engagement in writing. We then share a common understanding of what success means. We are prepared to factor in a risk and reward element to any long-term assignment. We apply ourselves enthusiastically and diligently to the execution of the task.
